The limited liability company trade and production firm ELITES was established in October 1990.
The main type of activity is the manufacture of the fume-collection systems made of the stainless steel for the block boiler systems, fireplaces, boilers, and saunas, as well as the technological ventilation, including two-layer with heat insulation of 'sandwich' type.
Nowadays thanks to the technical re-equipment and usage of the state-of-the-art materials the company ELITES takes in Russia the leading position in the manufacture of the fume-collecting systems made of the corrosion-resisting steel.
Brief technological and technical data: the company uses the plasma welding of the products' joints, thickness of the stainless steel 0.6 mm mark AISI 316; alongside with basalt the company uses as the insulant the unique ecologically friendly heat-protective material made of the silica fiber (SUPERSIL) with operational temperature of up to 1100?C.
The assortment of the fume-collection tubes, manufactured by the company, allows to encompass the whole range of the heat equipment - from classical Russian 'bourjuika' to the heating boiler or fireplace of the latest modification - and has the most optimal relation price/quality.
The products of the company ELITES have the technical certificate of Gosstroi RF (State construction committee of the Russian Federation) on the basis of Conclusion of the Fire Defense Research Institute (DNIIPO MTchS of Russia) and is recommended for use within the Russian Federation.

The development of the modern heating equipment, replacement of the outdated systems by more energy saving and ecologically friendly ones has made its imprint also on the systems for collection of the combustion products.
The state-of-the-art boiler systems, being installed in the cottages, as a rule operate in the transient mode (launch - heating up to the preset temperature of the heat carrier - stop - launch in case the temperature of the heat carrier reduces). The transient modes of the boiler work cause much condensate formation. The condensate (steam which sets on walls of the upper part of the fume pipe) mixing with the fuel combustion products in the boiler (in the gas boiler - CO, CO2, NO; in the liquid fuel and solid fuel boilers and fireplaces - in addition the sulfur compounds) forms the corresponding acids or their mixtures. Among them there are chlorohydric acid, nitric acid and sulphuric acid. These processes cause the strong and fast destruction of the fume pipes, occurrence of the micro splits and penetration of the combustion fumes into the residential premises. After formation of splits in the fume pipes the process of their destruction occurs in the form of an avalanche and causes side destruction of the internal finishing. In the cottages with the large residential area, where the powerful boiling equipment is used, the attributes of destruction of the brick fume pipes in case of constant operation occur already after 1 to 3 years depending on the type of fuel used. The researches show that in the brick fume pipe is formed more condensate than in the fume pipes with the metal inserts. In addition in the brick fume pipes, as a rule, is difficult to provide the even surface of the channel, in the result of which on the unevenness of the channel sets the grime which with the course of time reduces the aerodynamic cross-section of the fume pipe and reduces draft.
The company ELITES offers a universal solution of this problem: the fume-collection systems made of the stainless steel. The alloy-treated steel of certain acid resistance and not large thickness, which is used in the manufacture of fume pipes, is heated very quickly, it has even surface on which is nothing remained and which is not affected by the contact with the aggressive condensate. The application of such material guarantees the many years of the fume-collection system life. All joints are fulfilled with the gas tight plasma welding. The elements joint is being performed in accordance with the specially developed scheme, which creates the necessary tightness in the fume pipe system. The fume pipes, offered by the company ELITES, are manufactured in two options: one-layer and two-layer pipes. All products have passed the trials in the Russian Fire Defense Research Institute and has the technical certificate of Gosstroi of Russia.
One-layer elements of the fume pipes
The stack-mounted firm gas pipes, hermetic and corrosion resistant. All longitudinal joints are fulfilled using the plasma welding, on account of which the tightness is being reached. The connection of elements is being performed in accordance with the flare scheme. The gas ducts are characterized by compactness, low weight, provide high speed and low cost of erection. Wide range of diameters allows to maximally adjust the fume pipe to the heating equipment. The configuration of the fume pipe can be changed anytime or be demounted for the time of building reconstruction.
One-layer fume pipes can be used to equip:
the fume pipes in the flame resistant shafts;
external mounted fume pipelines;
ventilation channels etc.
Two-layer elements of the fume pipes
The two-layer fume pipes consist of 2 metal cylinders where the internal tube is made of the corrosion resistant steel, and the external one - of the stainless, zinc-plated steel or copper. The space between the cylinders is filled with the high quality non-burning heat insulation material which excludes strong cooling of the exhausting gases and which reduces to the minimum the aggressive condensate dropout of the fume gas. If the heating equipment is being fit with such fume pipe the effectiveness of the whole heating system is being increased which contributes to the fuller fuel combustion and reduces the current energy expenses.
The two-layer fume pipes can be used with any heating equipment in the residential and production buildings as:
gas pipes of the external and internal erection;
independent fume pipes;
ventilation channels etc.
